Sometimes I get so tense, but I can't speed up the time. Thank you for ice cold water, oatmeal, and my ability to write this morning--the laptop, the Notepad program, the coherency in my brain. Thank you for the peaceful quiet.

Today I am going to concentrate on being thankful for my health. My dad has lost a lot of weight in the hospital. He throws up whatever he eats, it's hard for him to pee, hard to even talk on the phone. Thank you for my health. Thank you for my ability to go to the bathroom, to eat and drink, to nourish myself, to exist without pain. Oh God thank you.
